Christie & Marcus

Once upon a time during the last year of their college career, a cheerleader moved into the apartment across the way from a handsome college lad. Christie ended up rooming with one of Marcus' friends not realizing how important he would be to her in the future.

Marcus and his roommates would occasionally invite the girls over for movie nights, dinner and pregaming to go out in Chucktown. One night Marcus even saved Christie from a dog attack, making him her college hero. Another weekend, Marcus decided to throw a 2nd bar crawl in honor of a special Chinese man, where Christie was finally able to meet the famous Phil Chow.

After a handful of nights pushing Marcus away did Christie realize how much he cared for her during a friend's Bachelorette weekend in St. Louis. When she returned, they had their first official date in the original Jimmy Johns. 

Eventually, they both graduated and started to see each other often with more dates and adventurous activities. Marcus finally asked Christie to be his girlfriend with a romantic picnic by the lake.
